Bilingual Branch Wholesale Product Specialist; Spanish

Job Description
Full‑Time role located at Store #727642, 13205 SE 30th Street Bellevue, WA 98005. The position starts at $23.00 per hour. Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is required. The role involves working closely with commercial paint customers, answering questions about Sherwin‑Williams products, recommending solutions, resolving customer concerns, and maintaining high visual standards of the store.

• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with company policies and procedures
• Maintain precise work order files and formulas
• Tint and mix products, as needed, to customer specifications
• Clean store equipment
• Assist in making deliveries, as needed
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
• Suggest ways to improve sales
• Handle customer contact which may include minors and manage cash and other payment methods responsibly

• One year of experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position
• Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English
