Bilingual Customer Service Representative
Great American Insurance Group’s Specialty Equipment Division is seeking a bilingual customer service representative to join our contact center team. This role handles inbound and outbound calls, emails, and document processing. Remote candidates not located outside Bellevue, WA are welcome.
This position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.
Key Responsibilities- Process incoming insurance documents, accurately entering customer information into internal systems.
- Handle inbound and outbound phone calls to address customer inquiries and follow‑up on documentation or account issues.
- Review and reply to correspondence received through email customer‑service channels.
- Research and resolve simple to moderately complex concerns and inquiries in real‑time for customers and policyholders; refer more complex issues to more experienced staff.
- Determine the best method to resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to the organization’s policies.
- Coordinate problem resolution with necessary internal and external teams.
- Document and update customer records based on interactions.
- Work within guidance to arrange and prioritize activities to meet business objectives.
- Participate in team initiatives and share feedback to improve processes and customer experience.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Fluency in English and French speaking, reading, and writing.
- Minimum of 3 years of customer service or contact‑center experience, focusing on data entry, email, and/or live chat servicing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient keyboard skills with a typing speed of at least 7,000 kph (alpha‑numeric).
Full‑time: 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 8 hours per day. Shift options: 5:45AM–2:15
PMPST or 8:30AM–5:00

Salary Range$20.00 – $22.00 per hour.
