- Handle inbound customer calls and respond to questions in a timely, professional, and courteous manner.
- Assist customers with account, service, billing, scheduling, and general inquiries.
- Research customer issues, provide accurate information, and offer appropriate solutions.
- Document customer interactions, update account information, and maintain accurate records.
- Escalate complex concerns according to established procedures.
- Meet quality, productivity, attendance, and customer service expectations in a fast-paced call center environment.
- Pay: $22 to $24 per hour.

- Handle high-volume inbound customer calls while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Research, document, and resolve customer account, billing, service, scheduling, or general inquiries.
- Follow established call center procedures and engage complex issues when needed.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to support customer needs.
- 1 to 2 years of customer service, call center, retail, hospitality, or other customer-facing experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable spending much of the day on the phone in a fast-paced call center environment.
- Good computer skills, accurate data entry ability, and comfort learning new systems.
- Strong problem-solving, active listening, and multitasking skills.
- Dependable attendance, punctuality, and strong follow-through.
- Patient, professional, organized, and able to work with a variety of customers.
- Previous call center experience in a government, public sector, utilities, healthcare, or high-volume service environment.
- Experience handling billing, scheduling, account updates, or service-related inquiries.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management systems, ticketing systems, or call center software.
- Ability to remain calm and solution-focused when assisting upset or frustrated customers.
