Pay: $25–$32 per hour (based on experience)

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Orthodontic Dental Assistant to join our growing team. No prior orthodontic experience? No problem—we are willing to train the right candidate who is dependable, motivated, and eager to learn.

In this role, you will assist the orthodontist during exams and procedures, help ensure patients feel comfortable and informed, and support daily clinical operations in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate brings strong clinical skills, professionalism, and a patient-first mindset. Occasional travel between our Federal Way, Bellevue, and Issaquah offices is required.

• Assist the orthodontist during exams and procedures
• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Ensure patient comfort and deliver excellent chairside care
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient clinical environment
• Communicate clearly with patients and team members

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Dental Assistant certification preferred (not required)
• Previous dental or orthodontic experience is a plus
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Dependable, punctual, and eager to learn
• Working with urgency
• Willingness and ability to travel to the Bellevue office when required
