Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Dental Office Manager at Premier Smiles of Bellevue in Bellevue, WA. Clinic hours are Monday through Thurday 7am-4pm. The Dental Office Manager will oversee daily operations of the dental practice, manage administrative tasks, coordinate schedules, and handle billing and insurance processing. The role also involves ensuring exceptional patient service, maintaining compliance with dental regulations, supporting the team with workflow efficiency, and fostering a welcoming environment for both the staff and patients.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Dental Practice Management and overall Practice Management
  • Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Familiarity with Dental Care processes and a commitment to patient-centered service
  • Organizational and leadership skills to manage staff effectively and ensure smooth daily operations
  • Proficiency with dental practice software systems and administrative tools, including Dentrix or similar
  • Detail-oriented approach with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in a dental setting is highly beneficial
  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field preferred
