We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Drafter to join our construction and remodeling team. The ideal candidate will create accurate technical drawings, 3D renderings, and submit plans to the city for permitting, supporting the planning and execution of our projects.
Responsibilities- Prepare architectural, structural, and MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) drawings using AutoCAD/Revit.
- Create high-quality 3D renderings using Lumion to visualize projects.
- Submit plans and documentation to the city for permits, ensuring compliance with local codes and regulations.
- Review and update drawings based on project changes and team feedback.
- Maintain organized files of plans, renderings, and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure the accuracy and feasibility of designs.
- Previous experience as a Drafter, Technical Designer, or similar role.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Lumion.
- Experience with 3D rendering and visualization of projects.
- Knowledge of construction, materials, and industry standards.
- Ability to prepare and submit permit plans to local municipalities.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
