Graphic Designer - PART-TIME

Position: Graphic Designer (Part‑time, approx. 20 hrs/week)

Location: Bellevue, WA Headquarters

Hourly Pay: $22.00 per hour

We’re looking for a talented and self‑driven part‑time Graphic Designer with a strong eye for layout, branding, and usability to create high‑quality real‑estate marketing content. This role focuses on designing emails, landing pages, print materials, and social assets used by real‑estate agents within our proprietary software platform. You’ll collaborate with a cross‑functional team while independently producing polished, on‑brand content that agents can easily customize and deploy.

• Design engaging marketing assets for real‑estate agents, including email templates, landing pages, print materials (flyers, postcards, brochures, signage), social media graphics and campaigns.
• Create scalable, reusable designs optimized for use within proprietary software.
• Translate brand guidelines into flexible, agent‑friendly templates.
• Work independently to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
• Collaborate with product and creative teams to align design with business goals.
• Continuously refine designs based on feedback, performance, and industry trends.

• Expert‑level proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Working knowledge of Canva, including creating templates for non‑designers.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience designing for both digital and print.
• Ability to take ownership of projects from concept through execution.
• A self‑starter mindset with strong problem‑solving skills.
• Comfortable working both collaboratively and independently.
• Detail‑oriented with a strong sense of organization and consistency.

• Experience designing real‑estate or marketing content.
• Familiarity with email design best practices and responsive layouts.
• Experience designing templates for SaaS or marketing platforms.
• Understanding of how agents use marketing tools in real‑world scenarios.
