Specialist - Software Engineering

Role description

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with Figma files to interpret design tokens and variables
• Build and maintain UI components including layouts, styles, and interactions
• Understand and apply design system principles: typography, color, spacing, and design tokens
• Review and refine AI generated code to ensure consistency, functionality, and performance
• Collaborate with designers and developers to ensure design accuracy and maintain visual consistency across products

• Minimum of 3+ years of UI/UX web design experience
• Able to navigate and understand Figma files, design tokens and component structure
• Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Type Script and modern component-based frameworks
• Familiar with the implementation of tokens, variables and scalable UI standards
• Comfortable reviewing and editing autogenerated code to align with best practices

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity.
