Position Overview
- Flexible
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, start times between 6‑9am, end times between 3‑6pm, full 8‑hour day. Corporate office hours 7am‑4pm; additional hours may be required. - On‑Site Requirement:
Physical presence at corporate office during office hours. - Compensation Package:
- Architect II: $105,000 – $115,000 per year
- Architect III: $110,000 – $125,000 per year

- Minimum 7+ years of architectural design experience
- Minimum 3+ years on large‑scale multifamily projects
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in architecture or related field (equivalent experience considered)
- Licensed architect in one of the 50 states; company supports reciprocity in Washington
- Minimum 4+ years using Revit
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning, and multifamily industry standards
- Ability to lead design efforts with oversight
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Proficient communication and teamwork skills

- Fluent in English, strong reading, speaking, writing skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Operational Tasks:
- Address zoning code issues
- Contribute creative ideas and details to design team
- Assist in presentations to design team and directors
- Produce high‑quality construction documents in Revit/BIM
- Manage access to architectural drawings and files
- Ensure timely completion of construction drawings
- Analyze zoning codes and provide summary reports to supervisors
- Coordinate site plans with senior architects
- Review grading and drainage plans for compliance
- Participate in weekly RFI and coordination meetings
- Attend public meetings and hearings as needed
- Administrative Support:
- Support architectural tasks for multiple projects
- Assist with site observations and contract conformance reports
- Review scopes of work and proposals for consultants
- Provide weekly progress reports to supervisors
- Address RFI, submittal, and change order issues promptly
- Communication & Coordination:
- Coordinate with external consultants
- Serve as point of contact between ACG Design and outside consultants
- Quality Assurance:
- Ensure timely completion of work by external consultants
- Ensure ADA compliance with guidance from senior architects
- Assist in quality control reviews and accuracy of consultant drawings
- Adhere to ACG Design policies and procedures
- Other Responsibilities:
- Promote teamwork and timely completion of projects
- Represent company professionally and maintain punctuality
- Adjust schedules to meet project timelines and priorities

- Minimum 10+ years of architectural design experience
- Minimum 5 years designing large‑scale multifamily projects
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in architecture or related field
- Licensed architect in one of the 50 states; company supports reciprocity in Washington
- Minimum 5 years of Revit experience
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Enscape, or similar tools
- In‑depth knowledge of building codes, zoning, and multifamily standards
- Understanding of sustainable design principles
- Ability to lead project design with minimal oversight
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Proficient communication and teamwork

- Fluent in English, strong reading, speaking, writing skills
