Compensation- $110,000 - $125,000 / year (range; offers based on experience and location)

- 10+ years of professional experience in architectural design
- 5+ years designing large‑scale multifamily projects
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Architecture or related field
- Licensed architect in one of the 50 states (financial support for Washington reciprocity)
- 5+ years of professional experience in Revit
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Enscape, or similar tools
- Deep knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and multifamily industry standards
- Understanding of sustainable design principles
- Ability to lead design projects with minimal oversight
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Positive outlook and collaborative approach
- Fluency in English (reading, speaking, writing)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Address zoning code issues and ensure compliance
- Contribute creative ideas and detailed design solutions
- Prepare and present design concepts to the project team
- Produce high‑quality construction documents using Revit/BIM
- Manage project drawings and ensure timely completion
- Analyze and summarize zoning codes for the team
- Coordinate site plans and review grading and drainage compliance
- Participate in meetings, hearings, and oversee project life cycles
- Lead assigned projects and maintain company standards
- Assist with site observations and contract conformance documentation
- Review scopes of work and proposals for consultants
- Provide weekly progress reports and address project issues promptly
- Coordinate with external consultants as the primary contact
- Monitor consultant work, ensure ADA compliance, and review drawing accuracy
- Help establish new design standards and best practices
- Foster teamwork and represent the company professionally
- Manage schedules and mentor junior team members
