Talented Designer

This role combines user experience design and front-end engineering, focusing on building intuitive, high-quality user interfaces using modern tools and frameworks. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both design principles and front-end development, with the ability to translate design concepts into responsive, scalable applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and enhance user interfaces that deliver a seamless and intuitive user experience
• Utilize modern UX/UI tools such as Figma, Balsamiq, and Canvas to create wireframes, prototypes, and design assets
• Partner directly with business users to understand their workflows, goals, and pain points through observation, interviews, and ongoing collaboration
• Continuously improve usability through feedback, testing, and iteration
• Develop and maintain responsive web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks
• Implement UI designs with high fidelity, ensuring pixel-perfect accuracy and performance optimization
• Build reusable components and maintain consistent design standards
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design best practices

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design and/or front-end development
• Proficiency with UX/UI tools such as Figma, Balsamiq, or similar platforms
• Strong experience with front-end frameworks such as:
  React, Angular, Vue.js
• Experience with Material UI or similar component libraries
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles
• Experience translating design mockups into functional user interfaces

Skills & Experience:

• Experience working in Agile development environments
• Familiarity with UI/UX best practices, accessibility standards, and usability testing
• Ability to balance both design thinking and technical execution
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
