With our growth, we need another set of hands to maintain our high standards of communication, organization, and service.
Role DescriptionWe're looking for an interior designer with strong project management and communication skills. You'll develop preliminary design concepts, serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout their project, and make on‑site decisions with the construction team to keep the work moving.
This role is ideal for someone that’s proud to own their work: someone who wants to not only create the vision, but see it through.
Responsibilities- Create conceptual and final designs in 2D & 3D
- Serve as a main point of contact for clients from start to finish
- Manage multiple project timelines, communications, and budgets smoothly with the in‑house team and vendors
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress
- Make adjustments to the design‑build plans as needed, whether troubleshooting for structural issues, budgeting, design, or other client needs
- Proven experience as an interior designer (residential preferred)
- Highly organized with prior project management responsibility
- Strong communication skills, especially for one‑on‑one, in‑person conversations
- Customer‑service mindset with a genuine care for peoples’ wants and needs
- A computer and stable internet for virtual meetings with the team
- Based in Greater Seattle with a personal vehicle to travel to project sites
- Fluency in English
- Working knowledge of construction methods, materials, or architecture (helpful for on‑site decision‑making)
- Working knowledge of local building codes and statutes
- Experience coordinating directly with architects, contractors, or other vendors
- Experience with Google Workspace/Microsoft 365 and project management tools
- Familiarity with design software such as AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Revit, or similar
This is a hybrid role based in Greater Seattle, with options for part‑time or full‑time. Compensation is dependent on experience (DOE) and will be discussed in hiring.
