Three years minimum of Mandarin teaching experience for children3-6 years old

Minimum of an Associate's degree, AMS/AMI, or a MACTE-accredited training certificate.

Strong classroom management, behavior guidance, and academic lesson planning & implementation skills.

At leasttwo years of lead teacher working experience in a Montessori classroom.

A solid commitment to the Montessori philosophy and an embrace and open mindset.

Commitment to WA departments' requirements and qualification professional development training.

• The teacher will be responsible for delivering an authentic Montessori program, fostering creativity, problem-solving skills, and respect among children
• Make a positive impact on children's education and development
• Supervise and manage the classroom, ensuring a clean, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children
• Foster independence, critical thinking, and self-esteem in children
• Maintain open communication with parents, regularly reporting on children's progress
• Adhere to licensing guidelines and follow company standards for childcare
• Collaborate with other staff members to create an inclusive and enriching educational experience
• Attend and participate in staff meetings, training, school events, and professional development sessions
