Qualifications:
Minimum of two years Mandarin Teaching experience for children who are 3-6 years old
Excellent English Articulation & Communication Skills
Minimum of an Associate's degree, AMS/AMI, or a MACTE-accredited training certificate.
Strong classroom management, behavior guidance, and academic lesson planning & implementation skills.
At least two years of lead teacher working experience in a Montessori classroom.
A solid commitment to the Montessori philosophy and an embrace and open mindset.
Commitment to WA departments' requirements and qualification professional development training.
Responsibilities:- The teacher will be responsible for delivering an authentic Montessori program, fostering creativity, problem-solving skills, and respect among children
- Make a positive impact on children's education and development
- Supervise and manage the classroom, ensuring a clean, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children
- Foster independence, critical thinking, and self-esteem in children
- Maintain open communication with parents, regularly reporting on children's progress
- Adhere to licensing guidelines and follow company standards for childcare
- Collaborate with other staff members to create an inclusive and enriching educational experience
- Attend and participate in staff meetings, training, school events, and professional development sessions
