, our team of school psychologists works hand‑in‑hand with educators and families to deliver equitable, high‑quality services in public schools across under‑resourced communities.

• School‑based, student‑centered model
• Caseloads designed to support quality work
• Access to shared assessments and tools
• Collaborative IEP teams and educator‑aligned practices
• Flexible scheduling and autonomy for contractors

• Current license from the Washington Department of Education
• NCSP credential (preferred but not required)
• Minimum of 1 year of school‑based experience (preferred)
• Passion for educational equity and whole‑child support
• Commitment to trauma‑informed, culturally responsive practice
• Must pass a background check

W2 Salary: $100,000 - $125,000
