Part Time SAT English & Math Tutor

Job Summary

Part‑time SAT English and/or SAT Math tutor at Bellevue Learning Center, Bellevue, WA.

• Teach SAT English and or SAT Math in a summer small group class from July 20 - August 14, 2026, daily 9:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
• Develop and deliver individual lessons tailored to each student’s needs.
• Provide English and/or math test preparation (SAT/ACT, SSAT, ISEE, etc.) throughout the school year.
• Schedule flexible teaching hours after school (Mon‑Fri 4:00 – 8:30 p.m.) and on Saturdays (9:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.) during the academic year.
• Maintain weekly consistency and record lesson plans.

• Strong subject knowledge in SAT English or SAT Math; candidates will be tested during the interview.
• Teaching experience preferred: 1 year of tutoring or prior AP/IB/Honors English instruction is a plus.
• Ability to teach additional subjects such as history, science, or computer science is a plus.

  Master's degree preferred; relevant educational background acceptable.

• Pay: $24.00 – $30.00 per hour.
