Academic
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with emphasis in International Business, Marketing, and Sports and Entertainment Management.
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) with emphasis in Cybersecurity Operations.
- Master of Arts in Management and Leadership with emphasis in Cybersecurity.
- Doctorate from a university or equivalent.
- More than 3 years of relevant work experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide academic leadership: lead, manage, train, and develop programs and ensure academic quality and student success in teaching, service, and scholarship.
- Supervise, coordinate, communicate, and advise discipline faculty (full‑time and part‑time); serve students registered for courses and degrees; focus on course and program outcomes; maintain relevance and quality of course content.
- Demonstrate mission and leadership while empowering colleagues to implement programmatic strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Commit to recruitment, registration, and retention of students; act as part of a multi‑disciplinary cooperative team with Heads of all other programs.
- Ensure academic quality assurance (accreditation) of teaching, research, and community service; disseminate information and build capacity.
- Reimagine the BA in Management curriculum and integrate the International Business curriculum by 2030.
- Develop the curriculum and assessment model for a Global Master in Business Administration with emphasis.
- Create curricular synergies through collaboration on existing and new curriculum.
- Develop an integrative research culture; support research initiatives and external grant funding.
- Develop, evaluate, and recommend curriculum and assessment for programs and courses with national and international partners.
- Support program review, analysis, and provide recommendations to the Academic Director.
- Conduct faculty review and analysis; provide feedback each year per institutional performance cycle.
- Organize and chair programmatic faculty meetings at least once a semester; produce quality assurance agenda and minutes.
- Contribute to faculty days, orientations for new students, and welcome weeks.
- Contribute to enrollment and retention initiatives and events.
- Actively contribute to the programmatic and institutional research culture on and off campus.
Language Requirements:
- English – Very good oral and written knowledge.
- French – Good oral and written knowledge.
