In this onsite role, you’ll join a dedicated team focused on delivering tailored instruction and fostering student growth in a welcoming educational setting. You’ll work full-time, five days per week, and help foster inclusion and success for learners with a variety of needs.

What you’ll need to bring:

• Valid Washington State Special Education Teaching Certification
• Experience or strong interest in supporting students with a range of disabilities
• Ability to adapt and differentiate instruction to meet individual student needs
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Commitment to creating a positive, inclusive learning environment
• Willingness to collaborate with staff, families, and service providers

What you’ll do:

• Provide direct instruction and support to middle school students with various disabilities
• Develop, adapt, and implement IEPs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Foster a safe and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages student growth
• Track and communicate student progress with parents, teachers, and specialists
• Engage in ongoing professional development and school-based initiatives
• Participate in meetings, collaborate with colleagues, and contribute to a positive school culture

Compensation for this position ranges from $33.71 to $53.71.
