Crossover is seeking a Youth Development Coach for a full-time, on-site role in the United States. You will coach 4-9 year-olds through app-based core learning, diagnose gaps, and guide short sequences to close reading gaps while managing daily school routines.
You will work with children aged 4-9, require structured-literacy training (LETRS/Orton-Gillingham or similar) or a master’s in reading, plus a Bachelor’s degree. Relocation support is provided.
