As the Learning and Development Specialist, you will develop and enhance instructor-led training programs by transforming existing learning content into clear, engaging, and effective training materials. You will collaborate with subject matter experts, create facilitator guides and supporting resources, and review content for accuracy, consistency, and opportunities for improvement.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Convert self-paced training content into engaging instructor-led training programs.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to refine and organize learning materials.
- Develop facilitator guides, presentations, activities, and supporting training resources.
- Review existing content for gaps, outdated information, inconsistencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Communicate content updates and recommendations to key stakeholders.
- Research and validate training materials using internal knowledge resources such as Confluence.
- Other duties as assigned.
- 2–4 years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or Learning & Development.
- Experience creating training content for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Skilled in developing facilitator guides, presentations, activities, and other learning materials.
- Strong written communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify content gaps and inconsistencies.
- Ability to quickly learn complex information and translate it into clear, accessible training content.
