Hardware Validation Engineer strong Python automation

We are looking for a Hardware Validation Engineer with strong Python automation skills and hands‑on experience in storage technologies (SSD/HDD). The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating storage hardware, developing automated test frameworks, and ensuring performance, reliability, and compliance with industry standards.

• Design, develop, and execute hardware validation test plans for storage devices (SSD/HDD)
• Perform functional, performance, stress, endurance, and reliability testing of storage hardware
• Develop and maintain Python-based automation frameworks for test execution, data collection, and reporting
• Validate storage interfaces and protocols such as SATA, SAS, NVMe, PCIe
• Analyze test results, identify failures, perform root cause analysis
  , and debug hardware/software issues
• Work closely with hardware design, firmware, and system teams to resolve issues
• Automate regression testing and improve test coverage and efficiency
• Create and maintain test documentation, reports, and validation sign-offs
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal quality benchmarks

• Strong experience in hardware validation / testing
• Proficiency in Python scripting and automation
• Solid understanding of storage technologies – SSD, HDD
• Hands‑on experience with storage protocols

• Knowledge of Linux OS
