Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Controls Technician to join our team, specializing in the startup, commissioning, service, and maintenance of advanced commercial HVAC control systems. This role bridges mechanical HVAC equipment with electronic control logic to ensure optimal system performance, energy efficiency, and occupant comfort across commercial facilities. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in building automation systems, electrical schematics, and control circuits, and has hands‑on experience with sophisticated HVAC technologies such as VRV/VRF systems and Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs).
This role requires an eligible driver's license as they will be servicing sites sites in the greater Bellevue/Seattle, WA area.

- 5+ years of experience as an HVAC Controls Technician
- Active O6A Electrical License (Washington State)
- Experience working with Building Automation Systems (BAS), including ADB and Distech Controls
- Advanced knowledge of control circuits and electrical schematics
- Proven experience with startup, commissioning, service, and maintenance of commercial HVAC control systems
- Valid driver’s license with the ability to operate a company vehicle
