) is a high-grade gold mine in Western Australia. The Bellevue mine has an estimated 10+ year mine life forecast to produce ~150,000 Au ounces in FY26.

Underground mining has occurred since late 2020 to establish multiple mining fronts that de-risks production with exploration potential expected to grow the current high-grade resource.

The Bellevue Gold Mine is located approximately 30km north of Leinster township and sits in a major gold and nickel producing district. The Company has a highly skilled management team with a track record of exploration success and development of major gold mines.

Bellevue Gold has the ambitious goal of net zero greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions for the Bellevue Gold Project by 2026. This will be underpinned by a sector-leading renewable energy power station, with a forecast 70-80% renewable energy penetration rate.

Job Description

Bellevue Gold is seeking an
Underground
Drill and Blast Technician to support our Production Engineering team in delivering safe, practical and high-quality drill, blast and production outcomes.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in underground mining, with strong on-the-job learning and exposure to how production plans are designed and executed. The role is site based on an 8 days-on-6-days-off roster, working in the Technical Service Department and reporting to the Senior Mining Engineer. Work time is divided between the office and underground where you are required to assist in conducting inspections to validate plans and support safe execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support drill, blast and production plan design
  • Liaise with operators, engineers and contractors to ensure plans are practical
  • Conduct underground inspections and task observations
  • Assist with QA/QC monitoring, troubleshooting and stope reconciliation
  • Maintain high-quality underground performance data
  • Assist in delivering improvement initiatives to enhance safety and efficiency
