Our client, a leading organization in critical infrastructure management, is seeking a Sr. Critical Facility Engineer to join their team. As a Sr. Critical Facility Engineer, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the ongoing development and maintenance of essential facilities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, project management expertise, and critical portfolio management capabilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Sr. Critical Facility Engineer
Location: Bellevue, WA

Working hours:

Mon - Fri (8-5)
Pay range: $52 - $55 / hr.

Responsibilities
  • Manage operational execution of processes and procedures for critical facilities, ensuring 100% uptime across electrical, mechanical, and building monitoring systems.
  • Evaluate engineering design and operational performance of critical infrastructure systems, responding promptly to system shortcomings and emergency situations.
  • Provide training, support, and guidance to technical teams to enhance capabilities and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
  • Participate in annual planning activities including remodeling, new system construction, and infrastructure upgrades.
  • Utilize CMMS tools to track work progress, review maintenance reports, and recommend repairs to maintain infrastructure integrity.
Qualifications
  • 4-7 years of experience in mechanical/HVAC, electrical, or related fields, preferably within data center or critical facilities operations.
  • Experience managing vendor work and ensuring quality control in large-scale environments.
  • Knowledge of electrical systems, cooling systems, fire safety, and building management systems.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate with diverse teams.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.
