SummaryThe Specification Writer 2 creates and maintains technical documents outlining requirements and standards for civil and environmental projects. The role collaborates with engineers, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure clear, accurate, and compliant specifications. Responsibilities include revising specifications, interpreting drawings, performing quality control, facilitating meetings, managing templates, calculating quantities, estimating costs, and preparing correspondence.

- Solid understanding of technical fundamentals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Basic technical tasks with market sector, limited oversight
- Quality control of basic deliverables
