Support annual budgeting cycles and long‑range planning, perform program estimates and financial return‑on‑investment calculations, secure funding through capital authorization processes, and communicate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders. Monitor trends in electrical system maintenance reports and elevate as necessary to drive improvements or corrective actions.
