• Design and implement complex high-volume direct-to-consumer fulfillment processes, systems and facilities for capacity expansion and continuous improvement of worldwide fulfillment infrastructure throughout the large-scale supply chain network that increases critical-to-quality (CTQ) business needs by improving integration of people, materials, equipment, software, and finance.
• Provide technical leadership for large-scale industrial engineering projects using MS Excel, Auto Cad and MS Project.
• Work with complex material handling systems, packaging equipment and other processing gear to design safe and efficient fulfillment processes.
• Use process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma and/or Kaizen to analyze fulfillment center processes and equipment and recommend and implement improvements to safety procedures, work processes and labor standards.
• Lead and coordinate design efforts between internal teams and outside vendors to develop optimal solutions for the network, including equipment specification, material flow, process design, and site layout.
• Manage capital projects and create conceptual drawings, equipment specifications and bid documentation to facilitate a competitive bid environment.
• Monitor and enforce project schedules and quality with vendors or subcontractors. Inspect facilities in accordance with corporate standards and procedures relating to material handling, processing and storage.
• Develop and manage budget and contract documents including requests for proposals, change order controls, purchase orders and invoicing.
• Coordinate with local site management to ensure proper operator training, procedural compliance, maintenance and safety practices are followed for new and existing equipment.
• Domestic travel up to 50% to perform role responsibilities may be required.

(40 hours / week, 8:00am-5:00pm, Salary Range $127982 - $161700)

Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Engineering or a related field and two years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Engineering or a related field and five years of progressive postbaccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related occupation as equivalent to a Master's degree and two years of experience.

Must have two years of experience in each of the following skills: managing the lifecycle of cross‑functional projects; implementing automated equipment or integrated systems; and using CAD software.

The pay range for this position in Bellevue, WA is $127982 - $161700 (yr); however, base pay offered may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign‑on bonus and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered. This information is provided by Washington Equal Pay Act.
