Job Description:
Switch Engineer
- Experience in wireless telecom (Cellular/PCS) field is essential
- Experience in Testing, Commissioning, and Integration of MSC/BSC (preferably ERCISSON)
- SS7 concepts (method of transport and troubleshooting)
- Able to follow established procedures and resolve any site issues
- Able to plan, organize, direct and provide technical assistance to multiple projects
- Proficiency in UNIX operating system
- Able to complete assignments without supervision
- Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Project)
- UNIX
- Winfoil
- T-Bird, Sunset, Firebird T1/T3 test sets
- SS7 Protocol Analyzers
- Synchronization tools
