Description
The Global Energy Sustainability & Automation Electrical Engineering team is seeking a Technical Infrastructure Program Manager (TIPM) to oversee the installation and upgrade of electrical power systems at facilities in North America. In this role, the TIPM will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of electrical distribution upgrades from project identification through implementation.
The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated individual with a deep understanding of electrical power systems with demonstrated experience in strategy, design, construction, and maintenance. The individual plays a critical role in our organization’s commitment to maintaining safe, reliable, and cost-effective electrical distribution systems.
Key Responsibilities- 3+ years of technical infrastructure management experience.
- Knowledge of best practices and emerging technologies related to infrastructure (network, data center, hardware, software).
- Experience with varying scenarios of infrastructure builds.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience in electrical engineering field.
- 5+ years of distribution or manufacturing field with equivalent mechanical or electrical field experience.
- Knowledge of electrical engineering principles including switch gear, UPS, transformers, and circuit breakers.
- In-depth knowledge of power system analysis tools and methodologies.
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Reliability, Quality Management, or similar applicable field.
- Experience managing complex electrical power system projects in a variety of industries.
- Extensive knowledge of Reliability Centered Maintenance Planning, CMMS, and Enterprise Asset Management tools.
- Success developing metric suites and applying facts/data to drive process improvement.
- Experience defining and owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership independently with limited guidance.
