About The Role:

As a CBRE Workplace Experience Sr. Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for delivering a world-class customer service experience to employees and guests of Key Center and Skyline Tower. This job is part of the Workplace Experience function, which provides premier customer service to the clients and visitors of the designated buildings.

What You’ll Do:
  • Management of all amenity spaces which includes:
    Key Center Amenity Spaces – club room, boardroom, lounge, REV Fitness center, Golf center, and outdoor plaza;
    Skyline Amenity Spaces – Outdoor plaza, gym, food truck activation.
  • Lead all aspects of the amenity spaces and TX/CX programming offerings at the building, from contract/booking to execution.
  • Implement CBRE RISE hospitality standards and resources that guide operational teams in delivering best‑in‑class service to reflect the Kilroy brand.
  • Build and maintain a trusted client relationship; negotiate with clients, partners, and associates to resolve conflicting priorities.
  • Develop vendor partnerships to drive cost saving efforts; handle negotiations for contract services and confirm that all vendors have current and adequate proof of insurance and contractual documentation.
  • Oversee programs run by third‑party vendors, such as handling food delivery, organizing events, coordinating transportation, or mail distribution; ensure all invoices for business services are billed.
  • Lead by example and model behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values; encourage collaboration and alignment among various parties to achieve successful events.
  • Drive amenity usage and retail activation at both properties.
  • Program and lead community events coordination, signage, vendor contract processing, and communication notices; leverage best practices and industry experts to enhance the type and quality of events delivered at the properties.
  • Research and identify Pop Ups programs that drive community engagement, generate revenue, and support the asset and tenants.
  • Update and manage the master calendar of property programming—balancing owner‑sponsored, community, pop‑ups, and tenant‑related events.
  • Support maintenance of the mobile building app, ensuring content strategies align with the Kilroy brand vision, that programming is communicated, and Kilroy Perks are available for tenant use and to support leasing tours.
  • Deliver monthly Owner‑approved reports that include an overview of time spent at each asset, property and tenant events, amenity space utilization, community event engagement, Kilroy branding efforts, leasing engagement, mobile app utilizations, Kilroy Food and Beverage utilization, upcoming events, and other relevant data.
  • Role may require oversight of after‑hours events.
