Job Summary: The Service Valet/Porter will be directly responsible for the care, security, and transport of customer, company, and visitor vehicles on and between dealership premises and vendor premises. The role also includes greeting customers and guests in the service drive, welcoming them to the dealership, providing valet services, directing them to appropriate personnel, assisting with vehicle check‑in/check‑out, and helping with loaner vehicles.

• Facilitate the flow of vehicles through the service drive, parking lot, and between facilities.
• Drive vehicles through the car wash system, performing and/or assisting with the car wash process.
• Clean interior glass of vehicles and dust interior console areas.
• Under direction of valet supervisor, fuel and clean loaner cars daily.
• Transport sales demo cars back to designated storage at the warehouse.
• Report to management in the order:
  Valet Supervisor, Service Support Manager, Assistant Service Manager, Service Manager, General Manager.
• Perform other duties as directed or scheduled, such as car wash, shuttle driver, team leader, and shop maintenance.
• Maintain all outside parking lots.
• Drive in a safe and legal manner.
• Maintain good customer and employee relations.
• Report all important customer comments to management.
• Maintain a high level of personal cleanliness, hygiene, grooming, and appearance.
• Wear the required uniform and follow dress code.
• Maintain a clean driving record and hold a current Washington State driver’s license.
• Be available to fill in shifts whenever possible.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Exhibit regular attendance and timeliness.
• Work in a cooperative, positive, and professional manner with all personnel.
• Treat the public and customers courteously and non‑discriminatorily, maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Conform to company policy regarding non‑discrimination and harassment.

• Pressure washers, steam cleaning equipment, water hoses and buckets, sponges, polishers, cloth rags, hand‑held squeeze bottles, and mechanics hand tools.
• Rubber gloves to be worn as required.

Intermittent standing, walking, sitting, stooping, kneeling, and crouching. Lifting of 50 lbs or less occasionally and carrying of 25 lbs or less frequently. Frequent pushing and pulling, twisting and turning of trunk, reaching and handling of objects, occasional climbing, balancing, and crawling.

• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record per company policy.
• Successful completion of a comprehensive background screening and motor vehicle record review.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
