A leading, employee‑owned independent wealth management firm is seeking an experienced Wealth Manager to join its Bellevue team. This individual will support continued growth through strong client relationship management, strategic financial planning, and business development efforts.

Role OverviewThe ideal candidate brings deep experience advising affluent families and will be responsible for delivering comprehensive, consultative financial guidance across estate planning, investments, tax and cash‑flow planning, philanthropic strategy, and long‑term financial planning.
Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management- Serve as a primary advisor to high‑net‑worth client families.
- Facilitate client meetings, presentations, education, and ongoing communication.
- Coordinate with clients’ external advisors, including attorneys, CPAs, and other professionals.
- Identify and cultivate prospective client relationships.
- Present proposals and represent the firm at industry and community events.
- Build comprehensive financial plans addressing all aspects of a client’s financial life, including tax and estate considerations.
- Oversee ongoing planning needs and coordinate with internal team members.
- Partner with the Portfolio Manager to determine investment strategy based on client goals, risk tolerance, and liquidity needs.
- Oversee asset allocation, rebalancing, and implementation of investment plans.
- 5–10+ years of experience providing financial advisory services.
- CFP® designation required, with at least 3 years of experience producing and presenting financial plans.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, strong work ethic, and client‑centric approach.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, portfolio management tools, and financial planning software (Salesforce, Tamarac, and eMoney preferred).
The firm offers competitive, experience‑based compensation, including a starting base salary range of $200,000–$250,000
