Finance Team Role | Growing Trade Business | Perth

We run a structured, systems-driven operation supported by a capable field team and a dedicated internal finance function.
This position forms part of our growing finance team, working closely with a CPA-qualified accountant and an experienced bookkeeper.
▌The Role
This is not a standalone bookkeeping position.
You will be part of a growing professional finance team responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting the smooth day-to-day financial operations of the business.
You will report directly to the Company Accountant and work closely with operations.
- Accounts payable and receivable processing
- Bank and credit card reconciliations
- Payroll support and data preparation
- BAS and compliance support (under CPA supervision)
- Supplier account management
- Assisting with month-end reporting processes
Maintaining accurate financial records in Xero/Netsuite - Supporting process improvements within the finance function
- 3+ years bookkeeping or accounts experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable in a structured, fast-moving business
- Proficient in Xero or Netsuite (preferred)
- Strong communication skills
- Organised and deadline-focused
