Have an exciting opportunity with an eastside tech manufacturing company that is looking to add to their growing team due to growth! The Controller serves as senior accounting leader and a key business partner to the CFO and executive team. This is a high-visibility, hands-on role with full ownership of the accounting function — from daily operations through SEC reporting, SOX compliance, and M&A support.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, with meaningful time in a public company environment.
- Demonstrated experience with SEC reporting (10-K, 10-Q) and SOX compliance in a publicly traded company environment.
- M&A experience including financial due diligence, purchase accounting (ASC 805), and
