Our USNS Finance team closely partners across Operations and Program teams to support a rapidly expanding business while building a connected network of fulfillment centers, delivery stations, sort centers, vans, box trucks, and technology to deliver customers’ packages on time – often next day, sometimes faster.

The US Non Sort Finance team seeks a Finance professional to partner with the Operations, Supply Chain, Retail, and Strategy Teams, and to drive an agenda of optimization, efficiency, and insights across US Non Sort. This is a unique opportunity to oversee a vast network of fulfillment centers, coordinate initiatives that span across multiple organizations and stakeholders with high visibility to senior leadership.

Day‑to‑day activities include analyzing financial data, providing insights to operations leaders, developing forecasts, and supporting strategic projects that impact the business’s economics.

This role will partner closely with a broad range of leaders in Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Procurement, Accounting, HR, and Technology. It plays a critical role as a financial advocate and business partner, designing, developing, and maintaining performance measurements and reporting on strategic input drivers to continuously improve the economics of the business.

• 5+ years of experience in tax, finance, or a related analytical field.
• 5+ years of experience in multiple finance and accounting roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, discerning root cause, and creating/implementing an escalation plan.
• 5+ years of solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations that have proven impact on business (e.g., financial savings, operational improvements, or customer benefits).
• MBA or CPA.
• Experience working with large‑scale data mining and reporting tools such as SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos and other financial systems including Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards.
• Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and interpreting data results.
