Salary Range: $75,000 - $80,000 / Year DOE

Position Title: Financial Advisor

The role of a Financial Advisor is critical in guiding clients through their financial journeys. This position requires a strong commitment to client service and the ability to manage a diverse portfolio of clients effectively. Financial Advisors will engage with clients regularly, providing education and support tailored to their unique financial needs. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment and possess a proactive approach to client management.

Strong interpersonal skills are essential, as the role involves building lasting relationships and addressing client inquiries with care and professionalism. The position offers opportunities for growth and development within a supportive team culture.

• Manage a portfolio of approximately 100 households for investment advisory and 300 households for insurance
• Field client calls and emails, addressing inquiries and providing timely responses
• Conduct regular client meetings, including annual reviews and beneficiary changes
• Create educational video content for clients on various financial topics
• Guide clients through retirement processes and assist with required minimum distributions
• Perform portfolio rebalancing and review client accounts to ensure alignment with goals
• Optimize client servicing by holding proactive annual reviews

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial services in a service advisor role
• Possession of Series 65 (or 66/63) license
• Knowledge of required minimum distributions, rebalancing, reallocations, and various life insurance products
• State life and health license is required
• Proficiency in technology and comfort with client presentations, including video
• Strong skills in Excel, including formulas
• Bachelor's degree is preferred
  
  Experience with Schwab is preferred
