Overview
Addison Group is representing an innovative company in the recruitment of a Finance Director to lead financial planning, capital investment analysis, and strategic performance management initiatives across the business.
This is a highly visible leadership role partnering directly with executive leadership, operations, project management teams to drive financial decision-making for large-scale, complex projects and long-term business initiatives. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with strong financial modeling capabilities and experience supporting capital-intensive projects.
Key Responsibilities- Lead enterprise budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes
- Provide financial oversight and analysis for major capital and infrastructure projects
- Develop financial models to evaluate investment returns, operational performance, and resource allocation strategies
- Partner with business leaders to support strategic decision-making through data-driven analysis and insights
- Manage budget tracking, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Prepare executive-level presentations, dashboards, and reporting packages for senior leadership
- Drive improvements in financial processes, reporting consistency, and cross-functional planning capabilities
- Support capital allocation planning and prioritization across multiple business units
- Mentor and support finance team members as needed
- Minimum 15+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, strategic finance, corporate finance, or related finance leadership roles
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Strong experience with capex and capital-intensive projects, infrastructure programs, or large-scale operational investments required
- Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills
- Experience partnering with executive leadership and presenting financial insights to senior stakeholders
$230,000 to $245,000 base salary dependent on experience
Annual bonus target, medical, dental, vision, 401K match, PTO, and paid holidays
- Position offered is 100% in-office schedule with occasional remote days.
