We are seeking a strategic and analytical Senior Finance Manager to serve as the finance partner to the Brand & Communications organization. This role sits at the center of marketing, finance, and executive leadership, ensuring that brand, creative, and communications investments are clearly translated into financial outcomes and aligned to enterprise priorities.
This role is focused on leading budgeting, forecasting, performance tracking, and business case development for Brand & Comms while connecting inputs across media, production, and communications into a cohesive financial story. The Senior Finance Manager will shape how performance is measured, ensure reporting meets business needs, and deliver clear, actionable insights to leadership.
The ideal candidate brings strong business partnership skills, a deep understanding of how marketing works, and the ability to operate effectively in complex, fast-moving environments. This role partners closely with senior marketing leaders and cross-functional teams across Finance and Accounting, and requires the ability to challenge assumptions, influence decisions, and drive alignment across stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning, including ownership of bottoms‑up forecast alignment.
- Translate brand, creative, and communications strategies into financial implications and actionable insights for leadership.
- Deliver executive‑ready performance reporting, including risks, opportunities, and key drivers of results.
- Own financial accuracy and transparency, including spend tracking, variance analysis, and support of monthly and quarterly close processes.
- Define reporting needs and partner with consolidation/data teams to deliver scalable, business‑relevant outputs.
- Ensure consistency in financial reporting, KPIs, and performance measurement across teams.
- Develop and evaluate business cases for brand campaigns, sponsor ships, and communications initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to optimize spend and improve financial processes and reporting efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA a plus.
- 10+ years experience with 5+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis (FP&A), preferably supporting Marketing.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills; advanced Excel required.
- Experience with ERP and planning tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Experience working with reporting tools (e.g., Power BI) and ability to interpret and guide outputs to meet business needs.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate effectively in ambiguous, fast‑paced environments.
- Experience working across multiple teams and synthesizing inputs into clear, actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and business partnering skills.
