We are hiring a Financial Reporting Analyst to join a growing team in Bellevue, WA. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting or finance professional with public accounting experience who is looking to expand their financial reporting expertise in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do- Own key financial reporting processes with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Perform account reconciliations, account analysis, and variance analysis to support monthly and quarterly reporting.
- Partner with accounting, finance, and business stakeholders to ensure reporting accuracy and compliance.
- Assist in preparing financial reports, disclosures, and supporting documentation.
- Contribute to process improvements and help adapt reporting practices as business needs evolve.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of accounting, audit, or financial reporting experience.
- Big 4 experience preferred (Associate or Staff level with financial reporting exposure).
- CPA eligible or actively pursuing CPA certification.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, in-person work environment.
