SummaryThe Senior FP&A Manager will lead the FP&A function and support the company’s financial quarterly forecast, annual operating plan, variance analysis and special projects. The role serves as a strategic financial partner to the Executive team, providing forward‑looking insights and driving optimal business decisions. The position reports to the Sr. Director of FP&A.
Responsibilities- Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing FP&A team.
- Serve as a strategic thought partner to the Executive team, supporting quantitative decision‑making.
- Partner with operations teams on forecasting, variance analysis, business case development and ad‑hoc decision support.
- Assist with development of the company’s annual operating plan and reforecasts.
- Develop a deep understanding of the business and the levers that drive performance.
- Analyze trends in key performance indicators, conduct monthly variance analysis and provide insightful commentary to the CFO and CEO.
- Prepare the monthly reporting package (MD&A and CEO reporting) and presentations for the Executive team, investors and lenders.
- Develop robust financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives.
- Build and improve reporting of financial statements, internal analytics and management presentations.
Evaluate and improve FP&A processes for efficiency, accuracy and scalability. - Partner with Accounting and other internal units to align forward‑planning models with GAAP reporting.
- Perform ad‑hoc reporting, analysis and additional duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA or CPA highly preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in FP&A, or 5+ years as an FP&A manager with senior leadership experience.
- Proven senior leadership skills and experience managing and developing FP&A teams.
- Strong understanding of GAAP, financial statements; audit or controls experience is a plus.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills; data mining across platforms.
- Power BI development experience for custom dashboards and reports.
- Experience with Adaptive Planning, Workday Adaptive Planning or comparable EPM platform.
- Systems‑inclined with a curiosity for leveraging technology.
- Highly organized, accurate, with strong analytical problem‑solving skills.
- Track record of building scalable FP&A processes and infrastructure in high‑growth environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, able to influence executives.
- Creative, critical thinker, self‑motivated, hands‑on, managing multiple deadlines.

- Regular and predictable attendance is essential.
Base salary range: $140,000 – $185,000. Bonus opportunity up to $18,500. Total compensation may vary by location and qualifications.
