Corporate Finance, Financial Manager
The Infrastructure Finance team manages Meta's capital and operating expenses for infrastructure, focusing on advanced AI infrastructure. We use our unique view into the numbers to identify trends and opportunities across Meta and related industries. The team seeks a driven, analytical Finance and Strategy professional to lead areas such as modeling, capital allocation, and business finance related to Data Centers, Server Hardware, and Network Engineering & Optical Fiber capacity.
This role will work directly with key leads in Finance, Infrastructure, Products, Product Management, and Data Science, and will prioritize high‑impact initiatives while balancing thoroughness with speed.
- Lead a team of finance and business operations professionals as an individual contributor or people manager
- Drive financial modeling, analysis, and processes for long‑range planning, budgeting, and ad‑hoc strategic decisions
- Act as the finance budget and P&L owner for one of the areas of infrastructure with double‑digit billion dollars in capital and operating expenses
- Co‑author executive‑level presentations and documents for the CFO, COO, CEO, and the board related to infrastructure financial investments and allocations
- Build business partnerships with leadership across Finance, Infrastructure, Products, Product Management, and Data Science
- Build analyses to drive investment decisions, including return on investment for capital and operating expenditures for infrastructure
- Provide analytical support and actionable insights that influence decision makers to allocate infrastructure resources more effectively
- Help executives gain key insights into spend through analysis and reporting
- Help define and implement scalable modeling, financial, and resource allocation processes to make the business more efficient
- Drive process improvements and enhance the current models, tools, systems, and processes
- 12+ years of experience leading roles at a top management consulting firm or investment bank with projects focused on the technology and internet sectors
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a technically related field
- Experience working at a public cloud company, hyperscaler, AI Lab, or a company with a large infrastructure footprint
- Experience leading and developing teams
- Experience working with detailed financial models and identifying key risks and sensitivities in capital allocation at the scale of tens of billions of dollars
- Strategic thinker with experience driving decision making in ambiguous environments and influencing executive stakeholders
- Track record of negotiating financially optimal outcomes during conflicts while building long‑term relationships with executives
- Analytical problem‑solving skills and a record of leading projects and developing complex solutions across multiple stakeholders
- Experience collaborating effectively across functions and communicating with diverse stakeholders
- Experience managing multiple projects and collaborating with all internal and external stakeholders
- A graduate degree or PhD in business, finance, or a technically related field
- Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
- Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
- Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)

Individual compensation range: $195,000/year to $263,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits. Compensation details reflect the base rate and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives if applicable. In addition to base compensation, Meta offers benefits. Learn more at Meta.
