Job OverviewThe Financial Reporting team is primarily responsible for T‑Mobile's quarterly and annual SEC filings, including quarterly earnings releases and investor factbook, exhibits, and debt offerings, as well as certain single‑entity financial statements and monthly IFRS reporting. Additional responsibilities include supporting the monthly financial review process and developing and implementing automated reporting processes throughout the accounting and reporting organization.
Job Responsibilities- Prepare 10‑Q/10‑K financial statement schedules and footnotes.
- Prepare financial, management, and ad hoc reports; identify opportunities for improvement in reports, processes, and formats.
- Collaborate with Accounting Operations teams to ensure transactions are recorded in line with reporting requirements.
- Review work submitted by accountants, providing functional advice, guidance, and training.
- Ensure business changes are accurately reflected in financial statements, analysis, and communication.
- Use accounting concepts, analytical skills, and industry knowledge to resolve issues creatively and effectively.
- Bachelor's Degree plus 2+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (Required).
- Acceptable area of study:
Accounting (Required). - At least 2+ years of related working experience (Required).

Base pay range: $53,100 – $95,800. Corporate bonus target: 10% of base pay. Base pay is a general range; actual pay will vary based on work location, qualifications, and experience.
