Seeking a Compliance Specialist/Analyst with at least 3 years of experience to support state licensing and registrations for financial services companies. This role ensures timely renewals, payments, and compliance with state agencies and NMLS.

• Manage licensing/renewals, payments, and records retention.
• Monitor state portals & NMLS, ensuring timely submissions.
• Prepare and file required documentation (financial statements, profile updates, renewals, etc.).
• Act as point of contact with state agencies and internal legal/finance teams.
• Track deadlines using dashboards/tools to ensure compliance predictability.
• Support compliance management program (CMP) and audits/examinations.

• 3+ years regulatory/licensing compliance experience.
• Strong knowledge of state licensing processes & NMLS.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Reg Tech tools;
  Power BI a plus.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Background in financial services licensing compliance.
• Experience with compliance remediation and state examinations.

The hourly rate for this position is between $30.00-$33.00 per hour.
