OverviewSeeking a detail‑oriented financial planning professional to support high-net-worth clients through comprehensive financial planning, investment management, and relationship development. This role combines client-facing responsibilities with portfolio management, investment research, and planning implementation.
What You Will Be DoingAssist in preparing for and participating in client meetings Analyze client financial situations and develop planning recommendations Prepare meeting agendas, financial planning documents, and investment policy statements Coordinate implementation of planning strategies with external professionals when necessary Manage ongoing client relationships and provide exceptional client service Assist with trading, rebalancing, tax‑loss harvesting, and portfolio maintenance activities Conduct investment and fund research under the guidance of senior investment leadership Support Investment Committee initiatives and portfolio review processes Monitor client portfolios and asset allocations to ensure alignment with objectives Maintain accurate client records and planning documentation
What You Will NeedBachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or a related field Active FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licenses (or recognized equivalents) CFP designation or other relevant financial planning credential Experience supporting financial planning and wealth management clients Strong financial analysis and investment knowledge Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities
Ideal CandidateA wealth management professional with active FINRA licenses and a CFP designation who enjoys working with high-net-worth clients, providing financial planning support, managing investment portfolios, and developing long-term client relationships.
