Job Summary
Provide comprehensive financial and investment advice to clients, build customized financial plans, and recommend brokerage products while ensuring compliance with the SAFE Act and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities- Work with clients to plan short‑ and long‑term financial goals by building tailored financial plans that include stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, and banking solutions.
- Recommend banking and investment strategies that align with each client’s goals and needs.
- Triage client requests and refer to appropriate internal service providers based on client needs and asset thresholds.
- Mitigate and control risk as part of daily activities.
- Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals or financial center clientele.
- Provide coaching and feedback to referral partners based on knowledge of client needs and recommended products.
- Ensure compliance with SAFE Act registration and background check requirements.
- Currently holds Series 7 & 66 (or 63 & 65 in lieu of 66). If 66 is not held, a passing score for the missing series within 60 days is required.
- At least one year of experience in the investments industry, including investment training and deep knowledge of products and services.
- At least one year of experience in the financial services industry and/or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded.
- Strong goal‑setting and execution skills with a track record of meeting objectives.
- Expertise in building and nurturing strong relationships.
- Effective collaboration, communication, and customer engagement.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Adaptability and a commitment to continuous learning for client solutions.
- Efficient time and capacity management.
- Attention to detail and thorough incorporation of regulatory due diligence.
- Strong computer skills and multitasking ability in a demanding environment.
- At least three years of experience in the financial services industry and/or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded.
- Additional professional designations such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC).

1st shift, 40 hours per week.
Pay$70,000.00 – $80,000.00 annualized salary, with eligibility for a formulaic incentive plan based on performance.
