Sr. Portfolio Manager, Private Asset Management
Key Responsibilities and Duties- Lead investment management for high-value client relationships with sophisticated needs.
- Ensure operational accuracy, compliance, and high-touch client servicing.
- Create and adjust asset allocation strategies to align with evolving client goals.
- Conduct in-depth portfolio reviews and guide long-term wealth planning conversations.
- Mentor Associate Portfolio Managers and Portfolio Managers to elevate team capabilities.
- Contribute to team investment philosophy and tactical allocation decisions.
- Collaborate with legal, tax, and planning experts to deliver holistic solutions.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in client meetings and internal strategy sessions.
- Identify risks and opportunities across portfolios and macroeconomic trends.
- Support growth of the Private Asset Management business through referrals and insights.
- All licenses must be obtained within 120 days from start date.
- University degree preferred.
- 5+ years required; 7+ years preferred.
- SRC Indicator:
Series 65
- Sedentary work environment.
- 5 years complex, direct portfolio management experience with individual clients.
- 7–10 years complex, direct portfolio management experience with individual clients.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- CFA or CFP certification.
- Previous experience with various trading platforms.
- Previous experience with investment research platforms.
- Deep understanding of investment acumen.
- Strong proficiency and deep demonstrated background in client relationship building skill set.

Actual base salary may vary based upon relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
