About the RoleWe're seeking an experienced Client Service Associate (CSA) to join the Bellevue office. This person will work closely with senior advisors and client relationship teams, supporting a sophisticated UHNW client base. The role is highly transactional and requires a strong understanding of custodial operations, money movement, and client account administration. This is not a call-center position-- it's a high-touch, relationship-driven role supporting clients with $10M+ in investable assets.

- Partner with advisors and client service teams to provide day-to-day operational and servicing support for UHNW clients.
- Open and maintain accounts across multiple custodians; prepare new account paperwork, contracts, and subscription agreements.
- Manage daily cash and security movements, including deposits, withdrawals, wires, gifts, and journals.
- Coordinate closely with internal operations teams to ensure timely and accurate trade execution and processing.
- Perform account maintenance, reconciliation, and data accuracy checks within internal systems (Salesforce proficiency preferred).
- Monitor workflows, troubleshoot issues, and ensure proper documentation and compliance procedures are followed.
- Communicate directly with clients and custodians via phone and email in a professional, polished manner.
- Assist with portfolio rebalancing, billing reviews, and report preparation.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in wealth management, private banking, or financial services client support. Preference given to candidates with UHNW experience.
- Demonstrated experience handling money movement, trading, or custodial transactions.
- Familiarity with Schwab, Fidelity, or similar custodial platforms strongly preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong communication skills able to correspond confidently with both clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of custodial operations.
- Ability to manage high-touch client relationships.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and other relevant software.
