Client Service Associate

Greater Seattle Area

Our client is a growing wealth management firm serving UHNW individuals, families, and institutions. With a reputation for innovation, collaboration, and personalized client service, the firm provides a full suite of investment advisory, planning, and operational support services. The team operates within a dynamic, fast-paced environment and takes pride in fostering a collegial, entrepreneurial culture.

About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Client Service Associate (CSA) to join the Bellevue office. This person will work closely with senior advisors and client relationship teams, supporting a sophisticated UHNW client base. The role is highly transactional and requires a strong understanding of custodial operations, money movement, and client account administration. This is not a call-center position-- it's a high-touch, relationship-driven role supporting clients with $10M+ in investable assets.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and delivers exceptional service with polish and precision.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with advisors and client service teams to provide day-to-day operational and servicing support for UHNW clients.
  • Open and maintain accounts across multiple custodians; prepare new account paperwork, contracts, and subscription agreements.
  • Manage daily cash and security movements, including deposits, withdrawals, wires, gifts, and journals.
  • Coordinate closely with internal operations teams to ensure timely and accurate trade execution and processing.
  • Perform account maintenance, reconciliation, and data accuracy checks within internal systems (Salesforce proficiency preferred).
  • Monitor workflows, troubleshoot issues, and ensure proper documentation and compliance procedures are followed.
  • Communicate directly with clients and custodians via phone and email in a professional, polished manner.
  • Assist with portfolio rebalancing, billing reviews, and report preparation.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in wealth management, private banking, or financial services client support. Preference given to candidates with UHNW experience.
  • Demonstrated experience handling money movement, trading, or custodial transactions.
  • Familiarity with Schwab, Fidelity, or similar custodial platforms strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong communication skills able to correspond confidently with both clients and internal stakeholders.
Required Skills
  • Strong understanding of custodial operations.
  • Ability to manage high-touch client relationships.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and other relevant software.

Work in a collaborative, high-performing environment that values growth, learning, and initiative. Long-term opportunities for career development within client service or advisory paths.
