Position Title: Advisor

This role offers an opportunity to make a significant impact in the wealth management sector. The Advisor will be responsible for building and managing a client portfolio, focusing on high-net-worth individuals. This position requires a proactive approach to business development, as the ideal candidate will need to establish a book of business from the ground up. Success in this role will depend on the ability to foster relationships and understand client needs.

Salary Range: $150,000 - $175,000 / Year DOE

• Engage directly with clients to understand their financial goals and needs
• Build a personal book of business through proactive business development
• Manage client accounts after acquisition
• Track market activities and meet regularly to discuss strategies
• Meet or exceed revenue targets set for client acquisition
• Develop and deliver tailored client service activities
• Facilitate collaboration with external advisors to enhance client satisfaction
• Attend relevant events to network and build relationships
• Promote a positive company culture and values

• At least 5 years of experience in wealth management, including experience as an Advisor
• Proven track record of growing a book of business
• Experience working with clients who have $1-2M in liquid assets
• Series 65 (or equivalent) certification
• Professional designation (CFP, CFA, CPA, JD) is preferred
• Bachelor's degree is required
