Job Overview
The Corporate Trust Administrator will be responsible for managing and overseeing day‑to‑day transactions, including payments, tickler reviews, account set‑up and account reviews for a wide variety of Corporate Trust products. The role works closely with Relationship Managers to review governing documents, adhere to policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities- Assist Relationship Manager with a book of accounts by performing duties related to billing, collection, and invoicing.
- Set up fees and transaction fees in coordination with the Relationship Manager.
- Prepare and submit reporting, including daily audit reports, cash reports, business development reports, and compliance reports.
- Support the Relationship Manager with client inquiries to ensure a stellar customer experience.
- Facilitate the completion of closing conditions such as engagement letters and KYC requirements.
- Maintain in‑depth knowledge of policies and procedures, and adhere to internal risk and regulatory requirements.
- Promote a positive team culture and participate in training from Senior Administrators and Relationship Managers.
- Assist in projects and other duties as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree or related work experience is required.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite.
- Knowledge of Trust 3000 is a plus.
- Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Effective prioritization of workload and ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently.
- Willingness to learn.
Salary Range: $45,250.00 – $74,338.75. Individual base pay may vary based on experience, skills, education, and location.
