Finance Business Manager - Anaplan

Job Description

This role will serve as the Finance lead for enterprise financial systems transformation, acting as the primary business partner for the Anaplan implementation and ongoing S/4

HANA initiatives. Partner with FP&A, Budgeting, Accounting, and business stakeholders to translate finance requirements into scalable system solutions, ensuring alignment between business processes and technology capabilities. Lead the development of the Anaplan Center of Excellence, establishing governance, best practices, and long‑term optimization strategies. Additionally, drive advanced financial analysis, develop analytical tools, support strategic decision‑making, and lead cross‑functional initiatives related to financial planning, treasury, risk management, and operational performance improvement.

• 7+ years of experience in a finance role with increasing level of responsibility
• 3-5 years of hands‑on Anaplan experience
• Experience gathering business requirements and partnering directly with Finance stakeholders
• Experience with modeling, workforce planning, forecasting, and financial planning process
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
